With the fonts i feel that the 2nd one across in baskerville works the strongest through the fact that its bold and caps as comes across as being more of a classic brand rather than something modern and the colour is the strongest in giving it a sense of quality as the tones a more what you could find in plush red leather seats . I think the edwardian script is a bit over the top and isn't completely necessary.
